Joe McDonald
Brooklynite Joe McDonald is the Owner, Administrator and Publisher of NY Sports Day, as well as the host of Pro Baseball Central. Besides PBC, Joe is the Mets and Rangersbeat writer for the The Wave of Long Island newspaper and has been published in the Arizona Republic, Columbus Dispatch, Detroit Free Press, and Gotham Baseball Magazine. He is 36 and now lives in Massapequa, NY.

John J. Buro
John J. Buro is the Managing Editor of NY Sports Day and also publishes Profiles in Sport. In 2004, he completed his first screenplay, "Best Seats in the House." His 2002 book, "Bite of the Shark -A Baseball Novel" was a critical success and his latest release, "Deliver Us From Evil," will be published this fall. John, a past recipient of the George Goldstone Medal of Journalism, resides in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Jeff Lamana 1973-2006
Jeff was the founder and webmaster of Philaphans.com as well as the host of Pro Baseball Central. Jeff was a life long supporter of the Phightin Phils and has a close affection for the 1993 team. He passed away on April 1, 2006 from cancer and the staff of ProBaseball Central misses him dearly.
